01Who we are
MyBudy ("we", "us") operates mybudy.app, a directory of local businesses in Lithuania that AI assistants such as ChatGPT can read. These terms apply to business owners who create an account and publish a listing. By creating an account you agree to them.
02Your account
You need a verified email address or a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private and for everything done through your account. One account manages one business listing; contact us if you run several places.
03Your listing
You confirm that you are authorised to represent the business you list and that the information you publish (name, address, hours, prices, services) is accurate and kept up to date. We may remove or hide listings that are misleading, unlawful, duplicate, or that do not describe a real local business.
04How listings are used
Published listings are public. We make them available to AI assistants, search engines, and visitors of mybudy.app so that people asking about local services can find you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and distribute the listing content for that purpose for as long as it is published.
05Plans and payment
The basic listing is free. Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance in euro and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and features are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
06Acceptable use
Do not use MyBudy to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes others' rights, to scrape or overload the service, or to interfere with other owners' listings. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
07Liability and changes
MyBudy is provided as is. We do not guarantee that AI assistants will show your listing or how they will describe it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. We may update these terms; we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Lithuanian law applies.
